We provide private label production services to branded clients, no matter product formula, colors, outer package, logo printing, or product crafts all can be customized. Below are the procedures of how we cooperate with our customers:
- Customer sampling services
If the buyer already has their own branded products and has already sold the products on the market, the buyer will know their demands exactly. The buyer can choose our products that meet his requirements, or the buyer provides the product samples to us for proofing（Samples are free, but the international shipping cost shall be paid by the buyer).
If the buyer is planning to start the cosmetics business. In this case, the buyer may have little idea of the whole process. Firstly, our factory will help the buyer understand the entire process better, and give some appropriate advice to the buyer, such as how to choose the right product, outer package design, production planning, shipping, etc.
- Design & Production
If the samples are approved by the buyer, then we communicate the packaging design and production in detail. The buyer can provide us outer package himself, or we produce the outer package based on the buyer’s demands.
- Confirm order
Make a final PI (Proforma invoice) to confirm every order detail, and charge 50% deposit, the balance shall be paid before shipping.
- Follow up the work based on production schedule
Confirm the production schedule with the buyer, then the buyer can know each procedure of the production, and the buyer can arrange the work based on the schedule accordingly.
- Shipping the goods
We will check the product quality before shipping. The buyer can send their Chinese worker to check the quality, or factory send mass production samples to the buyer, or factory send photos and videos for quality inspection. Then charge the balance and ship the goods after everything is approved.
- After-service
If there is any product problem that occurs after the buyer receives the goods within 3 months, our factory will offer after service accordingly.
